General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Kraiya platform (kraiya.click) and its mobile application. By registering on Kraiya, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Kraiya is an online gaming platform operating under an international license, offering casino games, live dealer games, slots, and Sports Betting. The platform is designed with Bangladeshi users in mind.

Kraiya reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on Kraiya, you must meet all of the following conditions. Kraiya reserves the right to close any account at any time if these conditions are not satisfied.

• You must be at least 18 years old. An NID or passport may be required as proof of age.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or incorrect information is a punishable offence.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

To ensure security, Kraiya requires mandatory KYC verification. You may need to submit the following documents before making your first withdrawal or before transactions exceeding a certain amount.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kraiya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

Funds from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds only become withdrawable after you have placed a specified amount in wagers, known as the wagering requirement.

• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• While a bonus is active, bets may not exceed the maximum stake limit set per bet.
• Certain games (such as Live Blackjack and Poker) contribute 0% toward bonus wagering.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless stated otherwise.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on Kraiya are fully secure and processed through encrypted connections. All payments must be made using a method registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day. Higher limits may be available with special approval.
• All deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day. ৳3,00,000 per week.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

Gaming Rules & Results

All game outcomes on the Kraiya platform are determined by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors. No game result is predetermined or manipulated.

• In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, Kraiya's server logs will be treated as the final authority.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost network connection, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state on the server.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are subject to each game's individual rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kraiya platform. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or system manipulation.
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds.
• Using third-party payment methods or making transactions in someone else's name.
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyberattack targeting the platform's software.
• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.

Account Closure & Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time. Upon contacting Kraiya support, the account will be closed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any available balance before your account is closed.

Account Closure by Kraiya

Under the following circumstances, Kraiya may close an account without prior notice:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• If closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Responsible Gaming Policy

Kraiya believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and encourage all members to play within their own limits.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit to receive a warning when you've been playing for too long.
• Loss Limit: Your session will automatically end once you reach a set loss amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for an extended break — anywhere from 6 months up to 5 years.
